General Information

The beginning of December is traditionally dedicated to a driven hunt in the historic Hont region. In well-stocked hunting grounds in southern central Slovakia, up to 30 hunters will come together for two intensive hunting days. Each morning begins with a group meeting and a short briefing, followed by at least two driven hunts. The day concludes with a ceremonial game parade and a traditional tribute to the harvested game.

Saturday evening will be dedicated to a social gathering with live music. If interested, the evening programme can also include a HEMING workshop featuring videos from our hunting destinations around the world.

Duration: 2 hunting days / 3 nights

Maximum capacity: 30 hunters

Expected game bag: approximately 60 animals over the two hunting days. This is an indicative estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Hunting Information

The hunt includes wild boar of all ages and both sexes, non-trophy red deer and fallow deer, fox and golden jackal.

At least two driven hunts are planned for each hunting day. Each hunting day begins with a group meeting and an organisational briefing. After the hunt, a ceremonial game parade and tribute to the harvested game will take place.

 

Accommodation and Meals

The stay includes three nights of accommodation and full board. Arrival, check-in and a welcome for the guests take place on Friday, 4 December. After dinner, there will be a short organisational briefing covering the arrangements and course of the hunt.

On Saturday, following the first hunting day, dinner will be followed by a social evening with live music. If interested, the evening programme can be complemented by a HEMING workshop.

 

Itinerary

Friday, 4 December 2026: Arrival, check-in and welcome. Dinner followed by an organisational briefing covering the arrangements and course of the hunt.

Saturday, 5 December 2026: First hunting day, minimum of two driven hunts, ceremonial game parade, dinner and social evening with live music.

Sunday, 6 December 2026: Second hunting day, minimum of two driven hunts, final game parade and departure of participants.

 

What is Included

The package includes two hunting days and the shooting of game within the permitted categories, local hunting staff, complete hunt organisation, organisational briefing and preparation of the ceremonial game parade, three nights of accommodation and full board.

 

What is Not Included

The price does not include transportation to the hunting area, rifle rental and ammunition, travel insurance, alcoholic beverages, personal expenses or gratuities. A supplement of EUR 150 per hunter applies for single-room accommodation. Trophy preparation, transportation or delivery of any potential trophy are also not included.
